Verizon Enterprise Locations

Verizon Enterprise colocation footprint on the 7th floor of 75 Broad Street, the historic ITT carrier hotel in Lower Manhattan. Small Manhattan presence relative to Verizon's primary NYC data center bet at 60 Hudson Street, where it occupies roughly 172,000 square feet (renewed 2024).

This facility is a former XO Communications site. In 2017, Verizon completed the $1.8 billion acquisition of XO Communications' fiber-optic network business.

Verizon purchased Yahoo in 2017 and started $28 million, 75,000-square-foot expansion of its center on Crown Drive in the town industrial park.

Yahoo launched the second facility of its Lockport campus in 2015. The company first announced the $170-million data center expansion project in New York State in October 2013.
