Verizon's primary NYC data center commitment is at 60 Hudson Street in Tribeca, where it renewed a roughly 172,000 square foot lease in 2024 (about 20% of that building). The 75 Broad presence is significantly smaller and reads as a legacy carrier suite rather than a strategic colocation asset.
Verizon network services are accessible at 75 Broad alongside other carriers in the building's multi-tenant fiber ecosystem, including HorizonIQ (NYM-EXT1) and NYI's Broad Street Connect.
