CyrusOne Inc, incorporated on July 31, 2012, is an owner, operator and developer of enterprise-class, carrier-neutral, multi-tenant datacenter properties. CyrusOne's data centers are purpose-built facilities.
The CyrusOne National IX Platform (the National IX Platform) delivers interconnection across states and between metro-enabled sites within the CyrusOne footprint and beyond. The platform enables data transfer and accessibility for customers by uniting all of the Company’s data centers. CyrusOne’s portfolio is located in several domestic and international markets. It has domestic properties in Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, San Antonio and Cincinnati.
CyrusOne acquired this 45-acre plot of land in Quincy in 2016, but has yet to build anything on it, waiting until it closes a tenant for the site before Cyrus invests in construction.
The 45-acre campus can expand to a total of 930,000 square feet with 720,000 colocation square feet with up to 120,000 square feet for class A office space.
Approved in October 2018, CyrusOne is planning to build the two-story data centre. At full capacity it will be 35,500 sqm and have 56 MW of critical power
CryusOne is located within Digital Realty's facility at 29A International Business Park
Located next to Microsoft's data center.
The project will have three phases. The first phase of CyrusOne's planned Allen data center would be 350,950 square feet. Two additional phases would add a 619,100 square foot and a 412,800 square-foot building.
The data center is sandwiched between Tierpoint and Cisco Systems data centers
