EdgeConneX is investing $137.2 million to develop over 1 million sq ft of data center space in Licking County, Ohio.

Phase I: Conversion of Existing Building

The initial phase converts a 524,524 sq ft industrial building at 9850 Innovation Campus Way into a data center. This building comes with a 15-year, 100% property tax abatement and is expected to be complete by April 2026.

Phase II: New Construction

Phase II includes building a new 700,000 sq ft, two-story facility and an 80,000 sq ft energy center with gas generators. This phase is set for substantial completion by Q3 2027.
