CH4 is a planned 441,363 sq ft data center on a 12.26-acre lot at 1200 N. Arlington Heights Road on NTT's Itasca campus in Itasca, Illinois. NTT bought the two office buildings at 1200 and 1250 N. Arlington Heights Road for $27.5 million in November 2023 and cleared them.
The Village approved the data center in 2024. A September 2026 development agreement says NTT is seeking building permits.
