The facility was constructed in 1982 and was fully renovated in 2008, 1807 Michael Faraday Court is a single-story data center located approximately 20 miles west of Washington, DC and 15 miles east of Ashburn, VA. This property has over 11,000 square feet of raised data center floor space with 900kW of capacity. Critical power has built in resiliency with 2N inertial UPS systems and integral diesel generator back up. Multiple fiber providers are available onsite with numerous alternatives in the area.
