Lincoln Property Company is a diversified real estate company that operates a data center business in the United States. The company entered the sector in 2010 by acquiring Rackhouse Group and operated the platform as Lincoln Rackhouse before retiring that brand in 2024. Its services include data center acquisitions and investments, build to suit development, and site selection, with recent transactions including facilities and land in Georgia, Arizona, and Ohio. In 2019 Lincoln Rackhouse expanded into colocation operations through the acquisition of Bytegrid in partnership with Principal Real Estate Investors.

  • November 2025: Re-acquired a data center at 2500 W. Frye Road in Chandler, Arizona.
  • 2024: Retired the Lincoln Rackhouse brand for its data center business.
  • December 2024: Acquired an operational data center in Alpharetta, Georgia.
  • May 2022: Formed a joint venture with Harrison Street to acquire 190 acres in New Albany, Ohio for a technology and distribution park targeted to data center and industrial users.
  • May 2019: Acquired Bytegrid’s three-market portfolio and colocation operations in partnership with Principal Real Estate Investors.
  • October 2018: CBRE was engaged to manage operations across a one million square foot data center portfolio acquired by Lincoln Rackhouse.
  • September 2010: Acquired Rackhouse Group; rebranded the platform as Lincoln Rackhouse.
  • 1965: Founded in Dallas, Texas.
