Lincoln Property's three-story, 243,000 sq ft expansion building is part of a future development plan that was approved by the City of Chandler under the previous owner.

The facility was acquired when Lincoln Rackhouse acquired Bytegrid in 2019.

Lincoln Property Company's 150,000 sq ft, four-hall data center at 2500 W Frye Road, Chandler, Arizona, is the first building on its Chandler campus. Lincoln re-acquired it in 2025.

The campus is a former Bank of America facility in Kansas City’s northland.

The site also houses a Verizon CO and was formerly Level3 site known as Herndon 2, but Level3 has since moved out.

The facility was constructed in 1982 and was fully renovated in 2008, 1807 Michael Faraday Court is a single-story data center located approximately 20 miles west of Washington, DC and 15 miles east of Ashburn, VA.
