The company entered the sector in 2010 by acquiring Rackhouse Group and operated the platform as Lincoln Rackhouse before retiring that brand in 2024. In 2019 Lincoln Rackhouse expanded into colocation operations through the acquisition of Bytegrid in partnership with Principal Real Estate Investors.
