Edgnex, a UAE-based data center company, is building a new facility in Spain. The site, located in the Vicalvaro region, was purchased from ActivumSG, a European real estate private equity manager. Spanning 236,805 square feet (22,000 square meters), the facility is slated to become operational in the first quarter of 2026.

ActivumSG, representing its Fund VII, sold the property after acquiring the 240,000-square-foot (22,295-square-meter) site in 2022. The company had secured power rights for the location prior to the sale.
