The facility was built in 1998, renovated in 2007, and offers 32 MW of power. It is occupied by three large tenants from the managed services (Cyxtera), telecommunications (AT&T) and healthcare services industries (Cigna Health Insurance.)
The multi-tenant data center facility benefits from a robust electrical system which offers 25kV diverse underground power feeds, dedicated HVAC infrastructure and two diverse underground exterior pathways which support the facility’s telecom network access.
