Nov 2023: Aligned filed a Georgia EPD air-quality permit application (No. 29094) to construct and operate the building as a new data center with emergency backup generators (public comment closed 2023-12-22).

2024–2025: Data center conversion and fit-out.

~2025 (est.): Commissioned and brought online as Aligned's ATL-01; listed as operational and fully built out by early 2026. Sits in the Lithia Springs / Douglas County cluster alongside DataBank, DC BLOX, Switch ("The KEEP"), Stack, and T5.
