Crow Holdings: Fayetteville, GA

Year Built: 2026
Lot Size: 37 acres

Crow Holdings Development has officially withdrawn its application to construct a single, two-story data center and dedicated substation on a 37.4-acre parcel of land in Fayetteville, Georgia.

Located just north of the Fayette Pavilion shopping center along Highway 85 North, the proposed facility was designed to offer 300,000 square feet of space upon completion with strict stipulations prohibiting cryptocurrency mining. The project was effectively killed in March 2026 when the developer dropped its city council appeal following intense local opposition, an initial site plan rejection by the planning commission, and a sweeping new city ordinance that completely bans data center developments district-wide.
