Cyxtera's AT1 site in Lithia Spring West of Atlanta was acquired via a $2.8 billion transaction to acquire 57 datacenters from CenturyLink. The transaction which closed in May 2017 created Cyxtera Technologies.
Located in Lithia Springs, GA, the AT1 data center resides in a single-story, purpose-built building. The data center is conveniently located 25 minutes from Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta. Less than a mile from Google’s data center, the site is outside of the 300-year flood zone.
