The south tract (Red Wolf South Park) of Red Wolf DCD's Piper campus in western Kansas City, Kansas. It covers about 306 acres between Parallel Parkway and State Avenue, east of North 126th Street. The preliminary plat shows three single-story data centers of about 330,000 sq ft each and a developer-funded substation on the tract's east side.
The Unified Government rezoned the tract in July 2025. Red Wolf affiliates hold title to part of the south tract; the rest, including the substation pad, was still in other hands in 2026. The Kansas City Board of Public Utilities (BPU) will serve the site.
