Red Wolf DCD's Piper campus is a planned hyperscale data center development in western Kansas City, Kansas (Wyandotte County), about two miles northwest of the Kansas Speedway in the Prairie-Piper area. Parallel Parkway splits the land into two tracts that the Unified Government reviewed as separate cases. Red Wolf North Park covers 242 acres between North 123rd and 131st streets. Red Wolf South Park covers 306 acres between Parallel Parkway and State Avenue, east of North 126th Street.

Ownership. Brooklyn-based Red Wolf DCD Properties, led by Aaron Wolofsky, assembled the site. Affiliates Redwolf DCD KC LLC and Redwolf DCD KC II LLC hold title to the north tract and part of the south tract. The developer financed land purchases with a Bankwell Bank loan in early 2026. No end user has been named.

Infrastructure. The plan calls for six single-story buildings of about 330,000 sq ft each, three per tract, with one developer-funded substation on each side of Parallel Parkway. The Kansas City Board of Public Utilities (BPU) will provide electric and water service. BPU, a Southwest Power Pool member, runs a 161 kV transmission system and has said a full build-out would likely need a 345 kV upgrade. The project team includes Thomas & Hutton (engineering), Bell/Knott & Associates (architecture), Olsson (survey) and Polsinelli (counsel).

Milestones. The planning commission recommended approval 4-2 in May 2025. The Board of Commissioners adopted the south rezoning in July 2025. A protest petition forced a supermajority vote on the north tract, which the board adopted in December 2025. Residents sued the Unified Government over the rezonings, and in October 2025 the court let the challenge proceed.
