The company entered the sector in 2010 by acquiring Rackhouse Group and operated the platform as Lincoln Rackhouse before retiring that brand in 2024. Its services include data center acquisitions and investments, build to suit development, and site selection, with recent transactions including facilities and land in Georgia, Arizona, and Ohio.
