Digital Realty's 69-acre data center campus known as Digital Dallas. The campus has 8 buildings ranging from 15,000 to 250,000 square feet, with approximately 1 million square feet. An on-site 44 megawatt substation can be expanded up to 100 megawatts
An on-site privately owned 44 MW substation can be expanded up to 100 MW of power. Telecommunications service is provided by nine different fiber providers currently located in the park. 1232 Alma Road is a multi-tenant facility designed for 6,750 kW of IT load.
Digital Realty acquired the 8 building campus from Fobare Commercial and is building out the campus in phases. The campus addresses are:
