Overwatch Capital, an investment firm, purchased a 150,000-square-foot (13,935 sqm) data center in Plano, Texas, located within Legacy West and formerly managed by Skybox. Now dubbed Resilience DFW, this facility is being transformed into a high-density data center supported by a microgrid. Upgrades to the infrastructure and construction efforts are underway, with operations slated to start in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Originally developed by Skybox, the facility is likely part of the broader Legacy Campus project. Skybox sold the property to an end-user in 2018. This purpose-built, mission-critical site boasts a robust 6-inch concrete roof deck engineered to endure winds surpassing 190 MPH, along with PowerQUAD technology enabling critical loads of up to 600 watts per square foot.
