Fireworks has reserved three years of Nvidia B300 GPU capacity at Forum Edge AI's powered data center in Dallas. The 36-month agreement carries a combined total contract value of approximately $94.4 million, Forum Edge AI said on Oct. 26, reflecting GPU capacitynvidia.comOfficial NVIDIA photo showing a DGX B300 SuperPOD AI cluster in a data center aisle, directly representing the B300 hardware Fireworks is reserving. and associated CPU management node fees payable over the term.

Forum Edge AI LLC is the joint venture between Forum Markets (Nasdaq: FRMM), which holds 51%, and Edge Node Inc., which holds 49%. Edge Node owns and operates the Dallas data center. The joint venture owns the computing equipment inside the facility and holds the Fireworks contract, while Fireworks takes the capacity on a reservation basis. The companies call the transaction an AI cloud services compute agreement.

The reservation covers 96 enterprise AI servers at the Dallas site, according to the Form 8-K Forum Markets filed on Oct. 26. Fireworks has paid a prepayment deposit that will be credited against fees due across the 36-month term. Forum Edge AI did not disclose the deposit amount. GPUs are expected to be deployed at the Dallas facility in late December or early January.

Fireworks provides inference, training, and routing that help enterprises deploy and scale generative AI applications in production. The company was most recently valued at approximately $17.5 billion, with backers including Nvidia, Atreides Management, Index Ventures and TCV. Hosted AI, Inc. facilitated the relationship between Forum Edge AI and Fireworks, the announcement states.

"This agreement is an important proof point for our AI infrastructure strategy and reflects our focus on bringing revenue generating GPUs to market quickly in a modular manner," said McAndrew Rudisill, chairman and chief executive officer of Forum Markets, Incorporated.

The Fireworks reservation is Forum Edge AI's first contracted customer commitment. Forum formed the joint venture on Oct. 2 with an initial portfolio that includes the Dallas data center, a 9 MW campus in High Point, N.C., and a mobile tower site in Texas. The Dallas site has approximately 2 MW running today and is scheduled to reach about 4 MW by early 2027. It received a certificate of occupancy for colocation and data center use on July 1, 2026.

Baxtel tracks 303 data center facilities in the Dallas market, operated by 85 providers, with 53 under construction. The largest is Marathon Digital's Granbury, Texas site at 300 MW.
