Site planned for 2028 and has expansions through 2032
Lot Size: 88 acres

PowerHouse Data Centers is expanding its Texas footprint with plans for the Circle T Data Center, a campus spanning nearly 88 acres in Westlake, just north of Fort Worth.

Developed by American Real Estate Partners (AREP), the proposed Westlake campus will feature up to four 300,000-square-foot facilities. PowerHouse is fully funding a new 350MW Oncor substation at zero cost to residents, which will power both the data campus and town infrastructure while boosting local tax revenue. This development further expands PowerHouse’s 10GW pipeline across Texas, building on active projects in Irving, Ellis County, and Austin.
