Lincoln Property Company and Harrison Street have announced that they have broken ground on a new property in New Albany, Ohio. The two companies acquired a 190-acre site last month to develop a multi-use technology and distribution park. The park will be designed for data center and industrial operators and users. According to reports, the company wants to develop a data center campus that can house 1.2 million square feet (111,480 square meters). The data center will also have a capacity of 144MW, specially designed for hyperscalers.

New Albany currently houses data centers of major companies like Meta, AWS, Stack, and Google. In addition, Intel recently revealed that it would develop a $20bn chip campus in New Albany. Lincoln Rackhouse currently has a portfolio of data centers totaling over 186,000 square meters (2 million square feet) across the UK and US.

Lincoln Property Company has 10 sites in 7 regions.
