Site History

1954: Built to house telegraph equipment.
1997: Trizec Properties bought the building and redeveloped it for telecom use.
2004: An investor group led by Northam Realty Advisors bought the building from Trizec for $59 million.
2009: Allied Properties REIT bought the building for $192 million.
August 2023: KDDI's Telehouse closed its CA$1.35 billion purchase of Allied's urban data centre portfolio, including the freehold of 151 Front Street West.
