QTS Data Centers
QTS is expanding its DFW2 data center campus through the construction of two additional buildings in Wilmer, Dallas County. The plans outline two-story facilities measuring 470,000 sq ft (43,664 sqm) for DC2 and 560,000 sq ft (52,025 sqm) for DC3.
Construction is slated to begin in May 2025 for the $300 million DC2 project, with completion targeted for June 2026. Following that, work on the $350 million DC3 is expected to start in November 2025, aiming for completion around January 2027.
