The planned development will feature three buildings equipped for high-density wholesale and colocation workloads, supporting up to 150kW per rack alongside a sustainable closed-loop cooling system. Construction on the initial 375,000 sqft phase is scheduled to break ground in early 2027, targeting a late 2028 launch to help address tight capacity across the DFW market.

Flexential is a U.S. data center operator formed when Peak 10 acquired ViaWest in August 2017 for $1.67 billion. The company subsequently rebranded in January 2018 as a single company.

The company provides colocation, interconnection, cloud, and managed services. The company is backed by private equity firm GI Partners, which agreed to acquire Peak 10 in 2014.
