Prometheus Hyperscale
The fourth data center at Prometheus Hyperscale’s Dallas-area campus in Kaufman County, Texas, is planned as a 50MW facility and represents the final phase of the four-building, 200MW development. Designed for AI and high-performance computing workloads, the building will feature liquid cooling and be supported by the campus’ behind-the-meter power strategy, combining on-site natural gas generation with battery storage. As the last phase of the project, the fourth facility is expected to be completed in late 2028.
