Cawley Partners has acquired 5,200 acres of land, known as South Creek Ranch in Ferris, located just south of Dallas. This acquisition is for a new mixed-use development. The initial plans for this expansive property designate 2,000 acres in the northern section specifically for digital commerce parks, which will include data centers. Development for this project is set to begin in 2025, with the first buildings expected to be completed within two to three years.
