Tract withdrew its plans for the Mooresville Technology Park data center due to local opposition, which included protests from hundreds of area residents and public comments from Kerry Earnhardt.

Tract grew its Nevada footprint by acquiring roughly 1,060 acres near Silver Springs in Lyon County after securing a rezoning and development agreement.
