Tract is planning a massive data center campus in Randolph Township, Minnesota. The project will occupy 240 acres of land in Cannon Falls, situated between Highway 52 and Rochester Boulevard. Tract is partnering with the power provider Dakota Electric Association for the development, with part of the selected site located within Dakota County. The company has also committed to paying for and developing a substation at the location.

The entire construction phase for the data center campus is anticipated to last up to 10 years. During this period, the project is expected to generate approximately 1,000 construction jobs for the surrounding area, providing a significant, long-term economic boost.
