Sites on this Campus:

Tract, a data center park developer, is looking to establish a new campus outside Richmond, Virginia. The company is planning the Mountain Road Technology Park, a proposed 430-acre, master-planned data center campus in Hanover County. This new campus will be located along Route 33/Mountain Road.

To enable this development, Tract, alongside affiliates of local real estate firm Marchetti Properties, Square Holding LLC, Tyson Farms Inc. (formerly Holly Farm Foods), and GM Tribble Jnr and Brenda R. Tribble, filed an application in September 2025 to rezone the land. The filing requests changing the zoning from A1-agriculture to M-1 light industrial.
