Spanning 872 acres off Route 288 and Patterson Avenue, the proposed multi-phase development aims to host up to 12 buildings and an estimated investment exceeding $3 billion. To move forward, Colorado-based Tract has filed a conditional use permit application to rezone the agricultural and residential land within the county's technology overlay district.
