Tract
Tract has significantly expanded its master-planned Caldwell Valley Technology Park in Uhland, Texas, nearly doubling the campus to approximately 3,000 contiguous acres. Strategically positioned in the high-growth corridor between Austin and San Antonio, this mega-campus is now engineered to support a massive data center capacity at full build-out.
The site sits at a premier infrastructure nexus, featuring direct access to high-voltage transmission, the Kinder Morgan Permian Highway gas pipeline, and major long-haul fiber routes. In partnership with Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative and the LCRA, Tract is advancing a 1.6GW on-site substation, with the first phase of capacity scheduled for delivery in Q1 2028. To further bolster reliability for AI and hyperscale tenants, the project also includes plans for integrated on-site power generation.
