Stream Data Centers is building a 690,000 sq. ft. hyperscale campus on 77 acres in Wilmer. The first 135,000 square-foot (12,540 sq. m.) phase of the project is located near I-45 and East Belt Line Road in Wilmer.
Stream Data Centers is building another 60,000-square-foot core and shell project that includes office space, a data hall, and associated infrastructure. This phase also involves adding critical and non-critical power and cooling for the second and third data halls.
