Red Wolf DCD Properties LLC intends to construct a substantial 400-acre data center campus featuring six buildings totaling 1.8 million square feet and two on-site substations. Located west of the Kansas Speedway and bisected by Parralel Parkway (three buildings north, three south), the estimated $12 billion project values each building at around $2 billion. Currently, no tenants have been identified.
