CoreWeave leased NEST11, a 280,000-square-foot building in Kenilworth's Northeast Science & Technology Center, investing $1.2 billion to convert it into a data center.

CoreWeave has committed to a long-term, 15-year lease agreement to be the sole tenant for AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC) operations at the retrofitted Helios campus.
