CoreWeave
CoreWeave has entered into a 12-year license agreement, with two 5-year extension options, for a data center facility known as CTP-01. Owned by Chirisa Investments and operated by Chirisa Technology Parks, this fully operational, turn-key data center is located at 1401 Meadowville Technology Parkway in Chester, Chesterfield County, Virginia, approximately 15 miles south of Richmond.
The facility currently spans across three data halls and offers 250,000 square feet of space. It is situated on a larger 88-acre campus owned by Chirisa, which includes adjacent land that can support future build-to-suit data center construction. This additional space has the potential to accommodate up to 100 MW of power capacity and up to 500,000 square feet of floor space, allowing for significant expansion possibilities.
