Cologix

Cologix is planning to construct three data centers totaling nearly 1 million square feet across 22.6 acres at Beaumeade Corporate Park in Ashburn. The company bought the site for $38 million, or $1.68 million per acre, from the Christian Fellowship Church in July 2018.

The site was acquired when Cologix bought Net Access in October of 2015. It was previously known as Net Access's Parsippany I data center.

Cologix MTL2 is a 12,000 sq ft colocation facility on Nuns' Island (Île des Sœurs) in Montreal's Verdun borough. Canix Colo ran the site before merging into Cologix in 2011. Cologix MTL12 occupies an adjacent suite in the same building.

Cologix MTL8 is a purpose-built, two-storey data centre of about 206,000 sq ft at 7350 rue Frederick-Banting in Technoparc Montréal, Saint-Laurent. Cologix broke ground in May 2023 under its ScaleLogix hyperscale brand and brought the building into service in 2025. It earned LEED Gold certification in November 2025.

Cologix MTL12 is an 8,500 sq ft colocation suite at 3000 boulevard René-Lévesque on Nuns' Island, next to Cologix MTL2 in the same building. It was a CenturyLink facility before Cyxtera ran it as YUL1 from 2017. Cologix bought it in December 2023.

Cologix acquired 38 acres on Beaumeade Circle in Ashburn's Data Center Alley in early 2026 for a future AI-ready campus; preliminary planning is expected around 2030.

Cologix VAN3 is a two-storey, purpose-built data center in East Vancouver's Renfrew-Collingwood area, opened in September 2019 in a converted industrial building.

Cologix MTL3 is the carrier hotel at 1250 boulevard René-Lévesque Ouest, a 47-storey office tower in downtown Montreal. Canix Colo developed the 33,000 sq ft facility and merged into Cologix in 2011. It is one of two carrier hotels in Cologix's Montreal portfolio, with MTL11.

Cologix MTL9 is a two-storey, 120,000 sq ft data centre at 2525 rue Canadien in Drummondville, about 90 km east of Montreal. Colo-D opened it as Colo-D1, and Cologix acquired Colo-D in December 2018. The facility carries an Uptime Institute Tier III design certification.

Cologix’s second Toronto data centre site at 905 King Street (TOR 2) was built using standards for concurrent maintainability for space, power, mechanical systems and security. The TOR 2 data centre can be utilized as a stand-alone, diverse bypass facility to Cologix's TOR 1 data centre at 151 Front Street.

Colo-D announced D3, a third Quebec campus on more than 22 acres in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, in October 2018. Cologix acquired Colo-D two months later. The campus was never built.

Cologix MTL7 is a 26,000 sq ft colocation facility at 1155 boulevard Robert-Bourassa in downtown Montreal. Cologix built it as its seventh Montreal data centre, opening the first phase in January 2014. It expanded the facility in 2019.

Cologix MTL10 is a data centre of more than 180,000 sq ft at 530 rue Bériault in Longueuil, on Montreal's South Shore, less than 10 km from downtown. Colo-D opened it as Colo-D2 in 2016, and Cologix acquired Colo-D in December 2018. Cologix expanded the site into an adjacent building in 2019 and holds land next door for more data halls.

Cologix MTL11 is a carrier hotel facility at 875 rue Saint-Antoine Ouest in downtown Montreal, in a former 360networks telecom building. I.C.E Data Centers opened the 25,000 sq ft data centre there, and Cologix acquired its sister company Metro Optic in February 2019. It is Cologix's second Montreal carrier hotel.

DAL2 is a 12,000-square-foot facility located in the Infomart building at 1950 North Stemmons Freeway. Cologix opened its second site at the Dallas Infomart in 2013.

Cologix DAL1 & DAL2 and DAL 3 are located in the carrier dense Infomart.

Cologix MTL4 is a 12,000 sq ft colocation facility at 7171 rue Jean-Talon Est in Montreal's Anjou borough, in the east of the island. Canix Colo ran the site before merging into Cologix in 2011. Cologix renovated it again in 2013 and 2014.
