Goodman Group has commenced construction on its latest data center, LAX01, in Vernon, Los Angeles. The 5.6-acre facility, situated on the former Farmer John site, is slated to be power shell-ready by mid-2026.
Its strategic location just four miles from Downtown LA and One Wilshire will provide ultra-low latency (0.35ms RTT), robust fiber connectivity, and adaptable solutions for both hyperscale and colocation clients.
