US data center operator Digital Realty acquired a 5.4-acre property in the Vernon area of Los Angeles, California, for approximately $49 million in 2025. The acquired site features a 253,200 sq ft (23,523 sqm) industrial building originally constructed in 1925. The seller of the land was Pacific Santa Fe Industrial, an LLC connected to David Pourbaba, founder of 4D Development and Investments.
