Subrigo's operating colocation facility, branded LAX11, in the Quinby Building at 650 South Grand Avenue in the downtown Los Angeles carrier corridor (one block from One Wilshire at 624 S Grand). Subrigo relocated its ISP core network into the building in 2010 and acquired the incumbent colocation operator there the same year. The facility is connectivity-centric: multi-BGP routing, diverse fiber paths, point-to-point radio links, DDoS mitigation and load balancing operate alongside colocation. Cooling is built to customer spec after contract (air standard, liquid to ~150 kW/rack achievable); redundancy to 2N+1 is offered without added build time. Note: US Colo (CoreSite) operates a separate facility in the same building.
