Digital Realty LAX11 is a two-story data center at 200 North Nash Street in El Segundo, in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County. The building dates from the mid-1970s and was converted to a data center in 1998-1999. Digital Realty bought it in 2005, and Digital Core REIT took a 90% interest at its 2021 IPO.

Cyxtera, later Centersquare, leased the whole building as LA1 until its lease ended on 30 September 2024. Digital Realty then took over the colocation customers and runs the building as LAX11, with a renovation under way. Digital Core REIT agreed in August 2026 to sell its 90% interest to Digital Realty. The property is Energy Star certified.
