ESR Group
ESR, a logistics real estate firm, plans to develop a data center in Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo, Japan. This will be the company's fourth data center in Japan and second in Tokyo. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q2 2026, with operations expected to start by the end of 2028. The Ariake facility will provide hyperscale, cloud, and large enterprise clients with scalability and connectivity options.
