The site was previously a OneNeck facility. In 2024, US Signal completed its acquisition of OneNeck Data Center Holdings LLC (OneNeck).

Located near M-10, M-39, and M-24, the Southfield, Michigan data center provides easy access for businesses located in the Greater Detroit area

US Signal's Aurora, Illinois data center at 4267 Meridian Parkway in the Meridian Business Campus, acquired in December 2025. The 70,000 sq ft facility carries about 33,000 sq ft of white space and is being upgraded in phases with new UPS, cooling and generator capacity, with liquid-cooled high-density space planned. It connects to US Signal's Oak Brook site and national fiber backbone and hosts the company's OpenCloud platform.

US Signal's Phase II/III addition at its MI03 campus in Belleville, Michigan, about 10 miles from Detroit Metropolitan Airport. The 35,000-square-foot build is designed for liquid-cooled high-density deployment, with chillers and the water loop in the base scope and the tenant fitting out from a PDU/CDU demarcation point.
