On behalf of Wycombe Park Ltd, Nexus Planning, in collaboration with Nexus Analytics & Research, has submitted plans for a data centre development at Wycombe Air Park. The 13-hectare site will feature six data centre buildings, a substation, and a gatehouse, encompassing approximately 580,000 square feet.
The construction phase, estimated at £265 million ($329m), will span five years and generate 275 jobs. Upon completion, the operational data centre is projected to support around 300 full-time positions.
