Skybox and Prologis have discussed investing $548 million to build a 30-megawatt data center at 2515 South Kenney Fort Boulevard in Pflugerville. In Pflugerville, the companies aim to invest $63 million developing a 148,500 sq ft (13,800 sqm) shell and core data center, its second there. The proposed project would include a two-story office and single-story data center. Work is slated to begin in February 2024 and run through July 2025.
