A seven-building hyperscale data center campus is planned by Iron Mountain near Hutto, just outside Austin. The roughly 500-acre site along FM 3349 is being developed as a multi-phase campus with dedicated substation infrastructure to support large-scale deployments. This project marks Iron Mountain’s first major expansion into the Texas market and is aimed at accommodating hyperscale and AI-driven demand. Initial phases are expected to come online around 2030, with full buildout details still pending.
