UK-based investment firm Greykite is transforming a former logistics site in Warsaw, Poland, into a data center. Through its Digital Ursus unit, a partnership between Greykite European Real Estate Fund I and White Star Real Estate, they've secured a long-term lease with a global data center solutions leader and increased power capacity for the 20,000 sqm (215,280 sq ft) project.
