The LAX2 data center in Vernon, California, is a 32MW facility being developed through a 50/50 joint venture between DataBank and Goodman Group at 3094 E. Vernon Avenue. Marketed by DataBank as delivering 140,417 raised square feet of data center space, the project is the operational rollout of Goodman’s broader LAX01 Vernon development and is designed with 2N power, N+1 cooling, and AI-ready capacity for high-density workloads. The site is scheduled to open with an initial 6MW in December 2026, with the remaining capacity to be delivered in phases through September 2027.
