Site planned for 2028 and has expansions through 2029
Lot Size: 25 acres

Data center consultancy Dare DC is facing fierce local opposition over plans to build a campus across ten hectares of green belt farmland in Bromley, south-east London.

Before a formal planning application has even been submitted, angry residents have filed over 300 negative comments calling the proposed two-building campus a "monstrosity". Beyond public pushback, the project faces major power grid connection delays that could easily derail its optimistic 2028 target.
