The LexisNexus datacenter in Redhill is located in Digital Realty's building. It’s engineered with dual entrance vaults and diverse points of presence (POPs). The building has native local (last mile) services from Virgin Media, BT and Colt via the primary POP. Other local carriers can be built upon request. Utility service is backed up by two 1,600-kilovolt ampere generators in an N+1 configuration, the +1 shared via a redundant board. Data center cooling is provided by two 920-kilowatt aircooled chillers in an N+1 configuration and 93-kilowatt computer room air handler units in N+2 configurations.
