The Richmond data center is available for immediate occupancy. 4.2MW of available power on an N+1 concurrently maintainable configuration with 25MW of expansion capabilities.
The 242,000 sq.ft. facility has 18,270 sq. ft. of built-out white space in a single data hall. 196,625 of future data hall shell space is available for provisioning in twenty weeks.
