Prime Data Centers plans to develop ESB01, a 550MW hyperscale data center campus in Esbjerg, Denmark, on a 640,000 sq m (6.89 million sq ft) site along Nordre Tovrupvej. The project’s first phase is planned at 160MW, with construction potentially starting in 2027 and initial capacity targeted for late 2029, subject to EIA and grid-connection approvals.

The center is also the first of several approved facilities on the 38-acre (16,500 sq ft) campus in McClellan Park.

The Phoenix Campus is expected to be 1.3 million square feet across 5 data center buildings. The first data center is expected to be completed by Q3 2025 and total 260,400 square feet.

Prime Data Centers is building a $1.3 billion data center campus in Caldwell County, outside of Austin, Texas

In April 2023, Prime Data Centers discreetly added Dallas to its list of data center locations. The company now has a presence at 1515 Round Table Drive in Dallas, offering 6MW of capacity across a 106,865 square foot (9,930 square meter) facility.

Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, this new Santa Clara data center facility will be delivered as turn-key, or is available as powered shell, with 10 MW of critical power with N+1 configuration and up to 14MW of critical power with N configuration.

Prime Data Centers is planning to develop a three-story, 96,800 sq ft (8,995 sqm) data center at 1455 Round Table Drive in Dallas County.
